Thank you for choosing to stay with us. By finalising your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1. Identity Verification


Please complete the registration form once your booking has been confirmed.


2. Damage Policy


Guests are financially responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, or excessive mess caused during their stay. If the cost of repairs or additional deep cleaning exceeds the security deposit, the remaining balance may be charged to the credit card on file.


3. House Rules


To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone in the neighbourhood, we kindly ask guests to observe the following house rules:


– No parties or events, including loud music or behaviour that may disturb neighbours

– No smoking inside the building or apartment


We value respect and consideration for others and believe in the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”


Failure to comply with these house rules and policies may result in penalties of up to $2,500 AUD.


Damages


Accidents can happen. If anything is broken, damaged, or misplaced during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.


Energy Conservation


We kindly ask guests to help conserve energy by turning off lights, televisions, and other appliances when they are not in use.


4. Other Things to Note

Cleaning Fee


The cleaning fee covers the standard check-out cleaning service, including fresh linen, towels, and essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, tea, and coffee.


During Your Stay


If you require in-stay cleaning, extra linen, blankets, pillows, or any additional assistance, please contact our friendly Bidnstay Support Team. Additional charges may apply.


Please note that lost keys or lockouts may incur a replacement or lockout fee.


We genuinely enjoy looking after our guests and are here to assist with any essential needs during our support hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST, when our local team is available on the ground.


After 5:00 PM, our virtual support team remains available until 11:00 PM, 7 days a week, and will do their best to assist you wherever possible.
